1. Who processes your data

Data controller: Ratskevych Yevheniia, NIE Y9672203G (owner of the property; trading name Your Dream Place Golf del Sur). Data relating to bookings and guest reception may also be processed by the management company Viernestrece Gestion SL, CIF B76821081. 2. What data we collect

• From the contact form and messaging apps: your name, phone number (WhatsApp), email address, preferred dates, number of guests and the text of your message.
• When you book: first name and surname, email address, phone number, dates of stay, number of guests and preferred language. Payment data is processed by the booking system's payment provider (Smoobu, Stripe). We never see or store card numbers.
• During online guest registration: identity document details (document type and number, date of birth, nationality, address) and arrival and departure dates, to the extent required by Spanish law on guest registration (Registro de viajeros).
• Automatically: anonymised information about visits to the website, and only with your consent to analytics.

We do not collect special categories of data and we never ask for payment details by email or through messaging apps.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and agree dates. Legal basis: your request and steps taken prior to entering into a contract.
• To arrange and provide your stay. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• To comply with the law (guest registration, tax and accounting records). Legal basis: legal obligation.
• To understand how visitors use the website. Legal basis: your consent only.

4. Who we share it with

Data may be processed by our service providers: the booking management system (Smoobu), the payment provider (Stripe), website hosting (Netlify), the email service and analytics services. All of them act as data processors and are bound by contractual obligations. We do not sell data to third parties.

Under Spanish law, guest data collected during online registration is passed to the police through the national guest registration system (SES Hospedajes) via the Chekin service. This is a mandatory requirement for all tourist accommodation in Spain.

Some providers may be located outside the European Economic Area; in that case, transfers take place on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

• Correspondence about unconfirmed enquiries: up to 12 months.
• Data relating to completed bookings: for the periods required by Spanish tax and tourism legislation.
• Analytics data: in line with the settings of the services used.

6. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a machine-readable format. You can withdraw your consent to analytics at any time; see our cookie policy.

To exercise your rights, write to solhometenerife@gmail.com. We reply within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).

7. Security

The website runs over HTTPS. Access to correspondence and booking data is limited to the people directly involved in welcoming guests.

8. Children

The website is not intended for use by children on their own. Data about guests under 18 is provided by their parents or legal guardians when booking.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of the page. Any significant changes will be highlighted on the website.
