My name is Yevheniia. I love to travel, to discover new places, to meet interesting people and to learn about the history and culture of other countries.
What matters most to me is that our guests feel at ease and that your time in Tenerife turns out exactly as you imagined it. Our apartment sits in a quiet neighbourhood close to the ocean, with everything you need for a relaxed holiday just around the corner.
I'm always happy to suggest where to go and what to see. I speak English, Russian and Spanish.

Direct booking
Booking, Airbnb and other platforms add their own percentage to every night. Here you book directly, and that difference stays in your pocket.
Late flight, airport transfer, early check-in: just send us a WhatsApp.
Early check-in, late check-out, a longer stay: we can agree all of it in advance. On the booking platforms, things like this come up against the platform's own policy.
The apartment
The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in the living room and fans in the bedrooms, a washing machine, free Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and a set of toiletries.
With a terrace and patio, you can have breakfast outdoors all year round. Check-in is self-service, any time after 15:00: we open the gate remotely and the keys are waiting in a lockbox.
Ten minutes on foot and you are strolling along the promenade beside the ocean. The nearest sandy beach is about 500 metres away, San Blas is 1.5 km, and the fishing village of Los Abrigos, with its seafood restaurants, is five minutes by car.
The complex has an adult pool and a children's pool, heated from October to April. Close by there's a playground, entertainment and an Italian restaurant. Whatever the season, your plans stay the same: a swim is always on the cards.

The apartment is entirely yours. We'll help you settle in comfortably and arrange whatever makes your stay easier: some things are included, others are available on request for an extra charge. Just tell us what you need.

The area
A quiet residential area in the south of the island, with golf courses within walking distance and padel courts five minutes by car. It's peaceful all year round, and the airport is only 20 minutes by car. Nearby you can surf in El Médano or paraglide over the coast.
