How the price is set
The price depends on the season and the length of your stay. The calendar shows the total for your dates, and that figure is final, with no platform fees added on top.

- Up to 5 guests, only those named on the booking
- No smoking indoors; permitted on the terrace with an ashtray

What to know before you book

ConfirmationYour booking is confirmed once 100% of the accommodation cost has been prepaid. Until payment is complete, the dates are not held.
Minimum stayBookings from 4 nights.
Arrival and departureCheck-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Self check-in, any time after 15:00.
Early check-in, late check-outUp to 3 hours free if the calendar allows. Beyond 3 hours: 50% of the nightly rate. By prior arrangement only.
CancellationMore than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund. 30–15 days: 30% withheld. 14–7 days: 50%. Less than 7 days or no-show: 100%.
GuestsOnly the guests named on the booking may stay. Unregistered guests cannot be accommodated.
Online registrationAll guests complete online registration before check-in, as required by Spanish law. We send you the link when we confirm your booking.

About booking
How do I book?
Choose your arrival and departure days in the calendar, then complete the booking form above. Your booking is confirmed once 100% prepayment has been made: the confirmation and a link to online guest registration will arrive by email. If you would rather talk it through, send us a WhatsApp message and we will take care of everything.
What is included in the price?
Accommodation, bed linen, towels and toiletries, cleaning before arrival, water, electricity and internet. The complex's pools and parking are free.
What is the rate for a long stay?
There is a special long-stay rate. Send us your preferred dates and we will put together a quote.
Can I change my dates after booking?
Just get in touch: if the calendar allows, we will move your booking. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, we refund 100%; 30–15 days before, we withhold 30%; 14–7 days before, 50%; less than 7 days before or in the event of a no-show, 100%.
