House rules

1. Check-in and check-out. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please contact the manager in advance. Whether we can offer it depends on the apartment's availability, or it can be booked in advance for an extra charge.
2. Take care. Please treat the furniture, appliances and equipment in the apartment with care.
3. Guests. Only the guests named on the booking may stay in the apartment.
4. Quiet hours. Please keep noise down and avoid anything that might disturb the neighbours between 22:00 and 08:00.
5. Smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Please use the terrace and always use an ashtray.
6. Towels. At the pool and on the beach, please use the towels provided in the apartment for that purpose.
7. Cleanliness. Please keep the apartment tidy and take the rubbish out regularly to the nearest bins.
8. Safety. Guests are responsible for following safety rules and must take the necessary precautions when using electrical appliances, kitchen equipment, the bathroom and anything else that could be hazardous.
9. If something goes wrong. If any equipment breaks down, if there is an emergency or if you need help, contact the manager on WhatsApp as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to sort it out quickly.
10. Before you go out. Make sure all doors and windows are closed and all electrical appliances (air conditioning, lights and household appliances) are switched off.
11. Keys. Keep the keys somewhere safe. A lost key is charged at 50 €. If an emergency door opening is needed, the actual costs incurred are payable by the guest in addition, from 50 €.

On departure day, please leave the keys in the key lockbox.
