About long stays

From what length of stay does the special rate apply?

We have a separate rate for long stays, noticeably lower than the nightly one. Send us your preferred dates and length of stay and we will work out a quote for you.

Are utility bills included?

Yes. Electricity, water, internet and rubbish collection are all included in the price. There are no extra bills at the end of the month.

Can I work remotely?

Yes. There is reliable Wi-Fi, the dining table works well as a desk, and the terrace is a lovely place to work in the morning before the heat sets in. The Canary Islands share London's time zone.

Do you offer cleaning during a long stay?

On request, either as a one-off or weekly, including a change of bed linen and towels. This is charged separately.

Can I extend my stay once I'm here?

If the dates are free, yes, at the same rate. Let us know a couple of weeks ahead to give yourself the best chance.
